Are you interested in transforming your perspective?

The word, ‘transformation,’ is used in many contexts. However, its use is often framed within the Western paradigm with ‘money,’ ‘knowledge,’ and ‘personal wealth’ defined as THE objectives.

If transformation is truly sought, this journey begins inside you with a concerted effort to understand your worldview. My PhD is in Transformative Studies, and my explicit concern and expertise is in personal and societal transformation.

My research areas touch on philosophy, ecopsychology, Indigenous thinking, Systems theory, Organizational Development, Taoism, Buddhism, Ubuntu, and consciousness studies.

If you are interested in transforming anything–yourself or your organization–that journey must begin in your consciousness. How can questions of identity, knowledge, and truth impact the world? How can they not?

Everything we do as individuals indicates our worldview. Change your worldview, and you change the very fabric of your reality and the lives around you.

When the Performance Stops, the Learning Starts
